As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees operations, performance systems, and team coordination. A bilingual leader, she focuses on transparency, accountability, and strong customer relationships, helping families achieve ownership through realistic, supportive payment solutions.

Jim Turman: Director of Operations

Jim entered the Rent-To-Own industry in 1997 and brings over 25 years of leadership experience in retail operations. As Director of Operations at Redemption LLC, he focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and guiding customers toward successful ownership through clear, structured financing plans. Jim believes strong leadership combines accountability, consistency, and genuine respect for every customer.

Judy Sanchez: Credit Manager

Judy began her career in the Rent-To-Own industry in 2005, gaining experience in customer service, credit, sales, and account management. Since joining Redemption LLC in 2020, she has focused on building trust with customers by understanding their needs and creating realistic payment plans. Judy values combining personal connection with organized, transparent service.

Rosalba Alvarado: Spanish Customer Service Representative

Rosalba entered the Rent-To-Own industry in 2021, bringing experience as a business owner and real estate manager. As a Spanish Customer Service Representative at Redemption LLC, she supports Hispanic customers by ensuring clear understanding of agreements and payment plans. She focuses on building trust through communication, transparency, and strong community relationships.

Tyler Crosby: Lead Delivery Technician & Inventory Reconditioning

Tyler entered the Rent-To-Own industry in 2019 as a Delivery Technician, gaining experience in customer service and in-home delivery. Since joining Redemption LLC in 2025, he serves as Lead Delivery Technician and oversees inventory reconditioning. Tyler focuses on professionalism, quality standards, and creating positive, reliable customer experiences with every delivery.
